📦 Refund & Shipping Policy – DeSoto Designs

FINAL SALE POLICY

All fine art prints and products from DeSoto Designs are printed on demand, which means they are FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Because our work is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase is complete. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small, independently run studio.


SHIPPING TIMELINE

Artworks are printed on demand and will ship approximately 4–6 weeks from the closing date of the sales window. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that each piece is individually crafted and carefully produced, which means delivery takes a little more time—but we promise, it’s worth the wait.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Orders within the United States, EU, and UK will not incur import duties or taxes at delivery. Local/state tax may apply at checkout depending on your region.

Orders outside these areas may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If such charges are refused or left unpaid, resulting in delays or returns, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns due to customs-related issues.

Our shipping partners (such as DHL or USPS) will notify you directly if customs fees are due. Please make timely payment to avoid shipment delays.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges and any related international fees.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered during checkout.


DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our packaging and prints, and we want you to love your artwork as much as we do. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear, detailed photos of the item and its packaging

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as they cannot be accepted.

We are unable to replace or refund any item if damage is reported after 30 days from delivery.
